Every meal is cooked fresh each week and delivered cold, never frozen. We prep, cook, and pack in small batches so nothing sits around.
Meals stay fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days from the day they're delivered. If you want to stretch that further, they also freeze well, just thaw overnight before reheating.
Microwave for 2 to 3 minutes, or pop the container in the oven at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes if you want it a little crisper. Every container is microwave and oven safe.
Dave's Signature Box comes pre-loaded with our best selling meals, no decisions needed. Customize Your Box lets you pick the protein, carb, and veggie for every single meal yourself.
Local delivery runs Sunday, order by Friday 1pm to make that window. Shipping across the Tri-State goes out Monday. Bronx pickup is also available.
