Are the meals fresh or frozen?
Every meal is cooked fresh each week and delivered cold, never frozen. We prep, cook, and pack in small batches so nothing sits around.
How long will the meals stay good?
Meals stay fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days from the day they're delivered. If you want to stretch that further, they also freeze well, just thaw overnight before reheating.
How do I heat the meals?
Microwave for 2 to 3 minutes, or pop the container in the oven at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes if you want it a little crisper. Every container is microwave and oven safe.
What's the difference between Signature and Customize?
Dave's Signature Box comes pre-loaded with our best selling meals, no decisions needed. Customize Your Box lets you pick the protein, carb, and veggie for every single meal yourself.
When do you deliver your meals?
We deliver your meals every Sunday or Monday between 2 PM and 9 PM.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on traffic and weather conditions. However, we always do our best to deliver your meals within the specified time window. Thank you for your understanding!
Can I skip or cancel a week?
Yes, skip or cancel your subscription anytime from your account, no fees, no phone calls required.
